Working and cooperation with target group (mothers, employers, people in decision-making positions) in order to effect a change

Our partner organization Business for society will organize roundtables for employers in the decision-making positions where they will familiarize with recommended propositions selected by the project. For people in decision-making positions and employers there will be an on-line version of the “Newsletter of Equal Opportunities,” which will be published quarterly and it will provide project information together with additional information about equal opportunities policy relevant for this target group. For women-mothers there will be seminars organized by Gender Studies NGO that will focus on the issue of decision-making and its effects on the life and economic situation of mothers.

With Norway Grants, Norway contributes towards a reduction in economic and social disparity and the strengthening of mutual cooperation in Europe. It promotes, above all else, environmental protection, research and scholarships, civil society development, health care, children, gender equality and an improvement in the efficiency of justice. The Let’s Give Women a Chance programme promotes equal opportunities for women and men both in their work and personal lives as well as prevention and help for victims of domestic and gender-based violence in the Czech Republic. It is operated by the Open Society Fund Prague, which has been developing values of open society and democracy in the Czech Republic since 1992.“
